Ensalada de Arroz, Pollo y Piña

Directions

  1. Pon agua a hervir en una olla. Cuando rompa a hervir, echa el arroz y controla la cocción (dependerá del tipo de arroz que utilices).
  2. Salpimenta los filetes de pollo y pon una plancha al fuego. Cuando esté bien caliente, ve haciendo los filetes. Reserva. Corta la piña a trocitos y, una vez frío, corta también el pollo.
  3. Mezcla los tres ingredientes en una ensaladera.
