Directions
- Крабовое мясо порезать кубиками, не слишком мелко, сыр на крупной терке.
- Все ингредиенты смешать, соль/перец/специи по вкусу я добавляю приправу "Цезарь" либо "Итальянскую". Отруби добавляю для лучшего сцепления, вместо муки.
- Жарить на среднем огне до золотистой корочки. Фарш довольно рассыпчатый, выкладывать ст. ложкой. Когда поджарится на одной стороне, переворачивается легко.
