Directions

  1. Melanger tous les ingredients. Il est conseillé s'ajouter les herbes aromatiques a votre gout. Pour moi, c'est ciboulette
  2. Beurre un moule a cake et le remplir de la preparation.
  3. Enfourner a four chaud th. 6/7 au bain marie pendant 1h15mn.
  4. A deguster froid avec une énorme salade verte. Regalez vous.

Très bonne idée ce pain de thon. J'ai adapté la recette car je la souhaitais sans rapé. J'ai remplacé la crème et le rapé par de la cancoillotte et quelques autres aménagements, ce qui lui donne un goût plus relevé.
