Quiches de Bacon, Grelos e Parmesão

  1. Bater bem os ovos, juntar as natas, sal, piri, o queijo amanteigado esfarelado e misturar bem. Saltear os grelos ou aproveitar restos que se tenha.
  2. Numa forma de silicone de 6 forminhas, dividir no fundo o bacon, os grelos salteados e o fiambre em cubos.
  3. Encher com a mistura dos ovos, salpicar de piri-piri e orégãos e assar em forno médio-alto por mais ou menos 25 minutos.
