Directions

  1. Mehl, Salz, Vanille-Zucker, Eier, Milch und Wasser zu einem flüssigen Teig vermengen.
  2. Beschichtete Pfanne bei hoher Temperatur erhitzen. Vor dem Hinzugeben einer Schöpfkelle Teig, die Pfanne zum Beispiel mit Silikonpinsel mit rama einstreichen, um ein Anbacken des Eierkuchens zu verhindern.
  3. Die Eierkuchen von beiden Seiten goldbraun anbraten und anschließend mit Konfitüre oder Brunch Schokolade Aufstrich servieren.
