Groenten en kip tjap tjoy.
Ingredients
Directions
- Groenten snijden en wassen. De sperziebonen even kort blancheren.
- Dan de groenten wokken harde groenten als eerste zodat het allemaal even gaar is op het einde.
- Kipfilet snijden en bakken.
- Dan 500 ml water afmeten en de sausmix in het water doen goed mengen en daarna bij het groenten en kip mengsel doen. Nog even lekker laten pruttelen.
- Lekker met rijst of mie dan wel nog even die kcal er bij berekenen.

Heerlijk smakelijk gerecht. Ik heb het gegeten met een klein beetje witte rijst.
De pan was helemaal leeg. Echt lekker en makkelijk te maken. Het staat zo op tafel.
