Tortilla de verduras con vienesas.

Directions

  1. Pelar y picar las papas, la zanahoria en rodajas y darles una pre-cocción junto con las arvejas y los porotos verdes. Una vez listo escurrir el agua y reservar.
  2. Batir los huevos y agregar todas las verduras junto con las vienesas picadas, agregar sal, pimienta a gusto.
  3. En una sartén caliente agregar una cucharada de aceite y la mezcla, girar de vez en cuando que la cocción sea pareja.
  4. Servir acompañado de arroz o ensalada. Puedes agregar las verduras que mas te gusten.
