Directions
- Pelar y picar las papas, la zanahoria en rodajas y darles una pre-cocción junto con las arvejas y los porotos verdes. Una vez listo escurrir el agua y reservar.
- Batir los huevos y agregar todas las verduras junto con las vienesas picadas, agregar sal, pimienta a gusto.
