Directions
- Den Reis Kochen und abtropfen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit das Gemüse waschen schneide und in Knoblauchoel anbraten.
- Den Reis hinzufügen und weitere 5 min leicht braten. Währenddessen das Ei mit Gewürzen (Salz, Pfeffer, Curry etc.) aufschlagen.
- Das Ei bei mittlerer Hitze unter die Reispfanne heben und anstocken lassen. Fertig.
- Man kann das Gemüse auch varieren. Lecker ist die Pfanne auch mit Mais, Erbsen, dicken Bohnen - wie es einem gerade gefällt oder was noch an Reste im Hause ist.
