Gemüse-Reis-Pfanne

Leichtes, schnelles Gericht für alle Tage. Gut zur Resteverwertung.

Directions

  1. Den Reis Kochen und abtropfen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit das Gemüse waschen schneide und in Knoblauchoel anbraten.
  2. Den Reis hinzufügen und weitere 5 min leicht braten. Währenddessen das Ei mit Gewürzen (Salz, Pfeffer, Curry etc.) aufschlagen.
  3. Das Ei bei mittlerer Hitze unter die Reispfanne heben und anstocken lassen. Fertig.
  4. Man kann das Gemüse auch varieren. Lecker ist die Pfanne auch mit Mais, Erbsen, dicken Bohnen - wie es einem gerade gefällt oder was noch an Reste im Hause ist.
