Kalte Gurkensuppe

Directions

  1. Gurken in Stücke schneiden, Gemüsebouillon dazugeben (diese sollte kalt sein), 1 Bund gehackter Dill und die kleingeschnittene Knoblauchzehe dazu geben.
  2. Mit dem Pürierstab die Zutaten durch pürieren. Danach Salzen und Pfeffern und für mindestens 1 Stunde in den Kühlschrank stellen.
  3. Man kann optional 200g nature Joghurt dazugeben.
