Directions

  1. Em uma panela, coloque a quinoa com mais uma xícara de água. Tampe e deixe ferver por 15 minutos ou até que toda água seja absorvida.
  2. Pré aqueça o forno à 180 graus.
  3. Em um recipiente grande, bata os ovos.
  4. Acrescente o espinafre cozido e refogado, o alho poró, orégano, queijo e temperos.
  5. Adicione a quinoa e misture bem.
  6. Colocar em forminhas e assar por 20 minutos ou até estarem completamente assados.
