Directions
- Mettre dans un saladier la farine, la levure chimique, le sel. Ajouter les oeufs entiers au centre.
- A l'aide d'un fouet, ajouter le lait progressivement pour ne pas faire de grumeaux. Ajouter le beurre fondu. Mélanger rapidement. Laisser reposer la pâte.
- Cuire les pancakes dans des petites poêles à crêpes en les confectionnant un peu épaisse. Déguster tiède.
