Pagnon Borain

Directions

  1. Faire une fontaine avec la farine et ajouter les oeufs puis le beurre fondu puis la levure puis le sel et le sucre.
  2. Mélanger d'abord à la fourchette puis pétrir à la main. Laisser monter la pâte 2h.
  3. Faire deux boules et les étaler dans les platines beurrées. Laisser encore monter un peu.
  4. Faire les trous en enfonçant les doigts, mettre la cassonade et quelques gouttes de café noir.
  5. Cuire dans un four bien chaud (180C°) de 15 à 20 min.
