- Enmantequillar una fuente para horno.
- Laminar las verduras con la mandolina.
- Mezclar la salsa con la albahaca.
- Disponer una capa de zapallitos y cubrir con una fina capa de salsa de tomates y laminas de queso. Repetir lo mismo con el tomate, salsa y queso, alcachofas salsa y queso y luego cubrir la ultima capa con zapallo italiano salsa y espolvorear el queso rallado.
