Lasaña de Verduras

finas laminas de zapallo, tomate y alcachofas con salsa de tomate y queso.

Directions

  1. Enmantequillar una fuente para horno.
  2. Laminar las verduras con la mandolina.
  3. Mezclar la salsa con la albahaca.
  4. Disponer una capa de zapallitos y cubrir con una fina capa de salsa de tomates y laminas de queso. Repetir lo mismo con el tomate, salsa y queso, alcachofas salsa y queso y luego cubrir la ultima capa con zapallo italiano salsa y espolvorear el queso rallado.
  5. Llevar a horno precalentado a 180°C por 30 min. y luego gratinar el queso bajo el grill x 5 min.
