Berinjela ao Forno Light

Directions

  1. Coloque a cebola picadinha, o alho amassado, o tomate picadinho e o sal( á gosto) numa panela e deixe cozinhar por 1 minuto.
  2. Lave bem a berinjela e corte ao meio e retire a polpa.
  3. Coloque o recheio na berinjela e leve ao forno coberto com papel alumínio por aproximadamente 25 min.
  4. Retire o papel alumínio e coloque o queijo e polvilhe com orégano , deixe no forno até o queijo derreter.
