Nudelsalat mit getrockneten Tomaten und Rucola mit Essig-Öl-Dressing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Nudeln bissfest kochen und abkühlen lassen.
  2. Getrocknete Tomaten in Stücke schneiden und zu den Nudeln geben. Für das Dressing den Essig mit Salz und Pfeffer und Gewürze verrühren. Jetzt das Öl (z.B. Olivenöl) dazu geben und verrühren. Das Dressing zu den Nudeln geben und verrühren.
  3. Rucola waschen und mit dem Salat verrühren. Probieren und abschmecken.
