A healthy alternative to the family favourite lasagne.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat pan, add turkey mince and cook until browned all over. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in carrots, swede and garlic and continue to cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in 400 g of tomatoes, bring to boil and remove from heat.
- Pre-heat oven to 200 °C (fan oven 180 °C). Spoon 1/3 of meat mixture into ovenproof dish, top with layer of lasagne sheet, repeat twice ending with final lasagne sheet. Pour over remaining tomatoes.
- Mix creme fraiche with 2 tablespoons of warm water and spread over top. Scatter over the cheese and bake for 45-50 minutes.
