Frullato con Yogurt e Verdure

Frullato di yogurt magro, sedano, mela, carota, zucchina.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mondare le verdure e tagliarle il pezzi piccoli. Non usare il pomodoro. (è possibile usare il cetriolo al posto della zucchina, a piacimento.)
  2. Riempire il frullatore con lo yogurt e le verdure, aggiungere un pizzico di pepe e un pizzico di sale a piacere, frullare. (è possibile aggiungervi succo di limone o olio a piacimento.)
  3. Prendere uno spiedino e infilzare pomodoro, carota, sedano e mela.
  4. Riempire un bicchiere o una ciotolina con la crema, riporvi lo spiedino.
