A quick and easy bacon and cheese quiche.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients apart from the sliced tomato in a bowl and pour into a prepared baking dish.
  2. Place tomato slices on top of the mixture.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
