Risotto con Setas

Un plato sabroso arroz con setas.

Directions

  1. Freir la cebolla en el aceite hasta que esté ligeramente dorada y añadir las setas troceadas. 3-5 minutos
  2. Añadir el arroz y rehogar 2 minutos a fuego suave. Vamos añadiendo el líquido (caldo y vino blanco mezclados) durante el tiempo de cocción para que el arroz suelte el almidón y quede pastoso. Remover bastante a menudo 15-20 minutos
  3. Añadimos la mantequilla y el parmesano, mezclamos bien y servimos caliente.
