Тушеная Капуста с Рисом

Капуста, тушеная с добавлением риса.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Капусту нашинковать. Морковь натереть на мелкой терке.
  2. Смешать 100 мл горячей воды со специями и маслом и влить в капусту.
  3. Тушить до полуготовности.
  4. Сверху высыпать слоем рис и тушить еще 15 минут.
  5. Перемешать и добавить оставшуюся воду. Тушить до готовности риса.

Вкуснятина... Только зачем первоначально в капусту добавлять воду? Она и так дает водичку..
