Легкий Салат из Сельдерея

Легкий нежный салат на каждый день и на праздничный стол.



  1. Измельчить стеблевой сельдерей, вареную грудку индейки (или курицы), перепелиные яйца, натрите яблоко.
  2. Заправить салат рикотой.
  3. Можно заправить йогуртом или сметаной, добавить тертый сыр. Отмечу, что яблоко должно быть сладкое.
  4. Салат очень гибкий для доп ингридиентов. Ананас, грецкий орех тоже будут вполне уместны. Приятного аппетита.
