Кабачково-Куриная Запеканка

Запеканка из куриного филе, кабачков и кукурузы.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Отделить желтки от белков.
  2. Белки взбить до пиков.
  3. В желтки добавить творог, кефир, муку и взбить.
  4. Ввести белки в творожную массу.
  5. Нарезать мелко куриное филе.
  6. Нарезать маленькими кубиками кабачок (очень маленькими, размером с зерна кукурузы).
  7. Выложить получившуюся смесь в емкость.
  8. Смешать курицу, кабачок, кукурузу. Посолить поперчить. Добавить начинку в смесь так, чтобы оставались творожные края. Запекать 40-45мин.
