Directions

  1. Alle Zutaten in einen Smoothie-Mixer geben und zu einer homogenen Masse verarbeiten.
  2. Sofort genießen (rohes Ei!).
  3. Am besten als letzte Mahlzeit am Tag, nach einem anstrengenden Muskeltraining, geeignet.

echt gut, scheckt auch gut... und schnell zu machen. hab es mal in verbindung mit guarana-pulver u. konjakmehl (teufelszunge)chiasamen u./-oder leinsamen, mal so mal so vor meiner nachtschicht ausprobiert... bist echt eine zeit lang satt u energie... top!!!
