- Adicionar o coco aos pouquinhos e ir batendo. Depois de bem misturado, adicionar o fermento e o adoçante. Por em forma untada com manteiga.
- Assar em forno pre aquecido em 180 graus por 30 minutos ou até passar no teste do palito.
