Zwetschgenkuchen

Typischer Zwetschgenkuchen wie von Oma aber mit Backpulver statt Hefe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Butter schaumig rühren, Zucker, Milch und Mehl (mit Backpulver vermischt) nach und nach zugeben. Teig auf gefetteter Springform verteilen, am Rand etwas erhöht.
  2. Zwetschgen waschen, entsteinen, halbieren und vom Rand ausgehend auf den Teig setzen.
  3. Bei 180° etwa 45 Minuten backen.
