  1. Batem-se as 3 claras em castelo com 1 pitada de sal.
  2. Noutro recipiente batem-se as gemas com o queijo que pode ser ricota ou queijo creme.
  3. No final juntam-se suavemente, as claras em castelo aos ovos já batidos com o queijo.
  4. Depois deite com uma colher de sopa porções da mistura num tabuleiro forrado a papel vegetal e leve ao forno a 160 graus, durante cerca de 20 minutos ou até dourar. Bom apetite, é delicioso.
