Персиковое Мороженое

Домашнее низкокалорийное мороженое. Очень нежное.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Заливаем персики горячей водой, даем немного времени им постоять, чтобы было легко снимать шкурку.
  2. Снимаем шкурку и режем персики на кусочки. Далее убираем в морозилку на полчаса.
  3. В миксер добавляем греческий йогурт, ложку меда и все это перемешиваем, добавляя понемногу персики.
  4. Выкладываем в емкость получившуюся массу и убираем в морозилку на 10 минут. Мороженое готово.
