Ingredients
Directions
- Fritar o bacon e a calabresa. Adicionar cebola e alho após um tempo.
- Cozinhar a couve-flor (usei somente água e sal rosa), e batê-la no liquidificador até ficar pastosa.
- Adicionar o caldo de couve-flor ao bacon e calabresa, deixar ferver.
- Cortar a couve em tiras (não cortei muito finas), e adicionar ao caldo. Aguardar 3 minutos e desligar a panela.
