Macarrão de Abobrinha e Cenoura

Não vai massa de trigo somente abobrinha e cenoura e é uma delícia.

Directions

  1. Rale a cenoura e a abobrinha em ralo grosso para ficar em tiras como um macarrão, pique a cebola também em tirar. Coloque em uma panela 1/2 colher de sopa de azeite e a cebola para dourar.
  2. Após dourar acrescente a abobrinha e a cenoura e mexa até murchar acrescente sal e as ervas que quiser ou tempero pronto para temperar desligue o fogo.
  3. Acrescente 1 colher de sopa de requeijão light vigor e misture está pronto para comer.

Gostei muito dessa receita. Muito rápida. O que dá um pouquinho mais de trabalho é ralar os legumes, porém como são macios, isso é muito tranquilo de ser feito. Ninguém precisa de miojo!!!
