  1. Lave todos os ingrediente, tire as sementes da maçã, corte a laranja em 4 partes, retire os caroços e a casca, pique o pepino com casca, e pique a cenoura. Reserve tudo.
  2. Coloque no liquidificador os mais suculentos, pepino, laranja e aos poucos a couve. Quando estiverem bem batidos e liquido acrescente os outros ingredientes. Coe e beba em seguida. Alem do mais é Muito gostoso. Pode acrescentar um pedra de gelo pequena ou guardar na geladeira por uns 5 minutos,
