Still under goal..Have started playing pickle ball..Seems like fun, , only thing is got to let it bounce, I guess I'm use to racquetball to much..Anyway still on track with foods, have upped some carbs occasionally, but still go with IF 16-8, helps me
most to keep in line!!!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 233.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah Im the same way...I think the metabolism has slowed considerably since Im more seasoned now...ha ha so I got to kick things up a notch....have a fantastic day my friend:)
