It's been 8 full weeks since I started this Challenge. I'm now down to 170.8 from 189.6 when I began 8 weeks ago. I'm really pleased with the results. I've done so many diets before but this is the first time I did not feel deprived, dream about food, and have constant cravings. I've done low carb high protein before "Atkins" but still had cravings and could not wait to return to my carbs. With the Keto Challenge I did not even think about the carbs. I liked this so much that I'm going to do it again and use it as a tool to keep me on track.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
