I have been exercising this week. But I feel that tomorrow's weigh in will result in a gain. I hoping that it doesn't because I don't want to bring the team down. I am trying to be as motivated as I can. So if anyone has any encouraging words, I could really use them right now.

Good luck to us all and as someone said to me, Happy Dieting!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Donna, If you've been exercising all week, you may more for the simple fact that muscle weighs more than fat. So if you have a temperory weight gain this week, that could be a good thing. Measure yourself, and as you build muscle, you will lose inches. Don't confuse the two. Also get 7.5 to 8 hours sleep every night to help your body recover from the exercise your doing.
