MFD1979's Journal, 29 June 2012

It's my TOM and I still lost 1.2 pounds... I'll take it. I really wanted to be under 200 this week, but its okay... I know next week I will be there. It's just great to see the scale moving DOWN every week! I did cut out berries and nuts this week... and NO Atkins bars.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ugh! I remember the dreaded get under 200lbs. I got stuck at 203 for what seemed like forever for my impatient a--. haha! I got extremely excited and dragged my boyfriend in the bathroom to see. TOM sucks! Messes me up every month! Talk about not being consistant at all. Damn thing.. it's coming though. Great job!

Thanks you guys! I know next week I will be sooo happy when I see 199 on the scale! It would be better if I skipped and went right to 198! :)
