As I'd missed two days in a row of exercise, I thought for sure I would have gone up or stayed the same. I was happily surprised to see the scale go down 1.5 lbs.! Score!

I lost sight of my goals for a couple of days there, and honestly don't know how. I was so motivated and doing so well, I'm not quite sure how I managed that. Anyway, what's done is done, and I'm back fully on track, and feeling great!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
