SnapPea's Journal, 30 April 2010

Still feeling great, though I missed my workout yesterday and I was doing SO well in that department. Ah, well. I will not beat myself up about it, especially since I have stayed within my RDIs nearly every day.

Plus, yesterday was emotionally draining with having to sing at the memorial service, comforting my friends and their family, and then sitting through 3 hours of Avatar with my dad. We enjoyed that movie thoroughly, but 3 hours is a long time for me to sit still!

Today is a new day, and I have no weekend plans, which means I will workout each day without any distractions, and will stay within my daily calories.
259.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
