I have not been faithful to my diet plan. I am trying to get back on track to meet my goal to loose weight by my birthday August 11. I 47 days to drop 16 pounds.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
