I have been really busy over the last few weeks, out and about, including my annual trip to London and tea at the Langham, so diet goes out of the window during this time. Trying to get back on track now, fingers crossed.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
