Nothing fits...NOTHING! I have to do this. I am getting too old to keep bouncing back. Last year I cut sugar out of the diet. I also drank only water and ate only healthy foods. I was never, ever hungry. I never thought about food...ever...well until my body needed nutrients. I really don't want to give up starbucks but I gave up Mr. Pibb once and I never went back. Okay, self, this is for you!
153.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so sorry you're having a tough time. But, remember, you've done it before, you CAN do it again! If I can offer any advice, don't skimp on the lean proteins. They will help you feel full and satisfied longer. Keep up with the fruits and veggies. And, most important, don't deprive yourself of your favorite things. Just have less. :)I know how you feel. I'm struggling to maintain this weight while wanting to lose another 10. While being so busy I can't even get my laundry done. BTW, you are not too old to do this. Never too old. Let me know how you're doing.
