First week South Beach - 3 days of little cheats - strawberry nutella crepe wed, bistro 33 calamari, french dip, clam chowder, and some fries thurs, and 1 slice cheese pizza and two breadsticks Saturday. And lost lots of water weight from period that was at second half when started week. So probably 4 lbs actual weight loss?
