Changed weigh in day and location. I will now be weighing in before I go to work rather than later in the day. I think this probably accounts for the gain this week since I did eat breakfast and have a couple of cups of coffee.
175.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.9 lb a week

I always weigh myself in the morning after using the restroom and without clothes. The doc told me that this is my true weight. Plus it looks a lot better!
