Bogus weigh-in number today – stomach is a bit upset. I feel I didn’t do very well yesterday but the numbers say I did okay. I had half a sandwich for lunch – but went with 12 grain bread thinking it would be healthier than whole wheat (it is not) and had pork ribs for dinner. I suspect there was some hidden sugar in the food which is the cause of my stomach issues.

I am off on a hike today and then going out with ‘the guys’ this evening. Looking forward to a day off.
