My chronic fatigue syndrome has been getting the better of me the last several days. I am feeling better today. Before I didn't feel like cooking and wanted to continue to reset my weight. 7 more lbs down through cutting calories. Easy to do because I haven't been hungry.

Maxie4, Thank you for your prayers and hugs! I hadn't weighed for 4 days, I was really surprised that I had lost that much. I appears that I do better with less calories.

Wow! What a nice loss! Glad you are feeling better. I used to wonder if I had chronic fatigue syndrome but was never diagnosed (not sure how they diagnose it). Losing weight has helped me not get so tired, but I still run out of energy by 4 or 5pm - but I've always been like that.

Fritzy 22, Thank you! I woke up and could just feel the loss. I was doing the happy dance that I finally broke the Yo-Yo! CFS: I used to get tired after a full day of being busy. This fatigue was very different, it overwhelming exhaustion. Something you wake up to and it stays with you all day even if you have a good night's sleep. Doctor's label you with chronic fatigue syndrome by a specific criteria and they feel that they have ruled everything else out, including depression. Usually happens after a virus like Mono or Bell's Palsy or an autoimmune disorder. I had Mono in late 2016.
