So excited to start my own challenge and have over 75 others supporting and joining in my challenge.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1417 kcal Fat: 28.05g | Prot: 66.28g | Carb: 245.00g.   Breakfast: Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Old Fashioned Oats Whole Grain Cereal, Frozen Blueberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Steamfresh Broccoli, Fruit Inspirations Cranberry Turkey Medallions (Smart Ones). Dinner: Mild cheddar cheese stick, Tomato Ketchup, Stadium Mustard, super sweet whole kernel corn (seasons choice), slimwiches, Chipotle Black Bean Burger. Snacks/Other: Premium Fudge Bars, Cinna-Swirl Drizzled Mini Crisps, Light Fat Free Berries 'N Cream Yogurt. more...
