As my emotions flow freely, my life is lightened..

day 3 of my 21 days with operah and deepak..

32..feels like 24...gooood wednesday morning...decided to weigh in make fatsecret happy...gained weight..dont even matter its salt..enjoyed carbs an salt last night before i went to bed...i dont look at it as a bad thing..its feedback for me to learn from..by now you would think i would know better..seems like when im tired...i eat salt..not sure why...an in a few days hopefully it will come down an if not..then must be muscle...

rode in zwift this morning..rode 25.6 miles..1000 ft in elevation..and had 24 achievements...thought that was pretty dang good for riding up hills..so must mean also that some of the numbers on the scales is muscle instead of flab...or at least thats my take out of it all...

yeap...burned off what i had last night an then some..still need to add my extra into food menu ..and will...all them extra carbs i had yesterday are just vapor now...im sure this mornings workout burned most if not all of them as my tummy was growling when i got off the trainer earlier..my eggs an chicken with cheese was just an appatizer...lol..tummy is still growling..

well need to get salad made up for next meal..second day of spring..cant say to much for it..another cold day today...be puttin long johns back on again today just to stay warm..wind is blowing once again today...makes you just want to hybernate..but stuff to do..places to go..people to see..

well that's a positive attitude...if we continue to look at our weight as a bad thing then that will makes us only feel bad...whats the purpose then...yes we need to be alert to crazy types of food binging but we also must enjoy our life...I want to enjoy my life with food and just learn a balance...your finding your balance is key imo;)

I particularly liked Deepak and Oprah's meditation today. Loved the sounds of the waves in the background. I gained weight yesterday too as we ate out. Not to worry - we'll get it back down again 🙂

The scales will go each way! 🤷🏻‍♀️I’m learning in my trials what sends them up a few pounds and back and trying to figure out how much leeway I’m going to have if I’m going to stick this forever. ‘Cuz if eating a piece of bread and some salt is gonna mess with it, I better know it! LOL 🙋🏻
