Pulled a chest muscle-hurts to turn to the right, left side fine. I did 30 mins cardio last night, 7 mins on the stairstepper, and arms. I did the chest press, probably not a good idea considering the pulled muscle but it didn't hurt since it didn't involve turning to the right. My bf and I watched the movie "Project X" last night which was terrible. Don't waste your time. It was supposed to be funny, but I thought it was LAME :) Can't wait to go to the gym tonight. I've been feeling super motivated lately.
