Another pound lost with hopes of it not being found again!

I've been watching my food intake reasonably, but the big part has been getting on the elliptical every day for an hour. My endurance has picked up significantly! (I used to stay at an average of 50 RPMs when I first started out. I'm now up to an average of 60-65 RPMs. My goal is 65-70 RPMs.)

It's not been easy, it's not going to be easy, and any one that says that it is... is a freaking liar! Because nothing worth having comes easy!!!

well i agree with you on anything worth having or anything you want badly is NOT easy.I know i said in my journal, its not that hard to do(weight watchers for me) and its not, its staying motivated for the exercise that i know i need to stay commited to, for sure,thats the tough part for me. THATS WHY WE ARE HERE AS A "fatsecret family" we need each others support!!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
