A week ago:

83.2Kgs (183.4 lbs) 18.5% Fat

Now:

82.09Kgs (180.6 lbs) 18.2% Fat

I'm well pleased with my progress.

Again, weight taken after 2 Hours of Tennis, Lunch, alotta hydration and 4 Cans of Heineken.

I'm keeping within my Weight-Watchers Points (36), doing Tennis Thrice a week and the Push Up Challenge.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
