I am once more on a plateau. I lost 3 pounds last week after being plateaued for almost 3 weeks. Well that must have just been water weight because my weight still isn't changing. Time to add more exercise, my diet must no longer be enough. I'm going to do my run/walk tonight when I get home from work. I also need to do some strength exercises.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
