Forgot to weigh in this AM. No worries mate! 214.8, less than last week at this time, and A-OK for me today!!

Last night before class, I had a sub from the deli. It was nice instead of starving and/or eating bowling alley food (next to school). We just have to plan for Tuesdays, and it will be allright.

Today I had my cereal, and chicken for lunch with 2 tiny rolls, and a pat of butter. I like it. I have been busy all day with work computer stuff.

I had to bring the car in for its annual inspection. Well, I forgot the car, had to bother wifey, and do a lot of running around walking in a rush at 0830, in the hot hot hot heat. Hey, at least I am 50 lbs lighter this year through that mess. As usual the indian/bahraini dude who takes your call called and said "You have tint!!??", and I said "Yes, it will be fine"..., to which they reply "I dont know sir!!". You get this call every year, for the past 4 years... I dont know why. Its like its a stupid procedure or something, but it gets annoying somewhere around 3 years in... Its 110 degrees here regularly, what is the problem with tint. I guess I could be mixing Molotov.

Wife was mad she had to walk .7 miles to her workouts! /Sadface

Well, off to log my food and run errands.

I couldn't help giggling at little at the sad face over walking to your workout. Doesn't simply give you more? One of the gyms that I once considered joining (until I found a great offer right next to work) is about a mile away from home. I always joked that I used that one by simply walking out there and back. Have a great day, JP.
